The easiest way to lower the back is to under spring the axle instead of over spring. Cut the inner wheel arches out of the back then modify/refit after it's all back together. I would not recommend cutting the front springs as they catch with every bump!!. Instead cut out the mount for the front suspension and higher it. then add some Cuore uprated front springs so that they are A) shorter and B) stiffer!.

When you do the rears fit a towing brase thingy so that they don't bottom out as easy!.

Sounds interesting any pics?

Figured the axle flip was the way to go on the back, don't want to go too low so prob bring it back up again with some adjustable shackles. Hope this means I won't have to mess with the chassis.
Won't moving the front mounts up affect the front seats?

Sadly no pics as it got wrote off before it got finished. Moving up the front mounts doesn't really affect the front seats due to when you cut em off you'll notice that they a spaced about an inch and a half with body metal so you don't actually bring the mount up internally. And added with the smaller harder springs, you can effectively drop it loads!.

(It wasn't a jet though, it was a rascal but as far as I know the shell is the same).
