Drove up to Ipswich on the A14 yesterday, happily trundling along as you do. checked speed to see i was doing 70mph!..
the van never seemed to feel safe above 65mph.. the steering vibrated as you went over 65... looking back i should have spotted the fact it was caused by a unbalanced wheel!
feels nice, smooth and solid now.. Very Happy

sounds exactly like how mine drives, and its got worse as the tyres have become more worn. I'm keep putting off buing rubber as I would like some alloys to pimp up the beast

i have a scrap metal merchant (posh for breakers!) who sells 2nd hand tyres. they come off all the cars they crush.
maybe something similar in your area to bide you by until you get the new rims?
