Rear Demister

Post by craig2859 on Fri Jan 17, 2014 5:14 pm

Not sure if anyone can provide some advice here.

When the tinted windows where originally fitted to my van, the person who did it at the time never bothered to replace the connections in the top left / right of the rear window, and left them hanging.

Since I got the van, I have now removed the tints, and am looking to replace the connections.

What is the best way?

I don't really want to risk the 'soldering' option as the age of the window etc may cause it to shatter with the heat - even if I build the heat up gradually.

Any other options anyone can think of ?

Yep, lots of conductive paints on the market, and conductive epoxies.

Did it actually stick the connections to the window though - its only paint?
