Dutch Porter

Post by Timosaki on Mon Jul 14, 2014 8:09 am

Hi all!

Great forum! i've read a lot on here so far.
I purchased a 2007 Piaggio Porter 1.3 pickup this week, and picking it up this weekend.

Will probably ask a lot on the forum :-)

First plan is lowering to the max. I plan to fab something to replace the standard shocks in the front. I'm not looking for comfort :-)
And flipping the axle in the back, and then lower the leafspring mounts to level the car out.

Will look into wheels also, but do plan to keep it legal, although the max 2% increase in trackwidth might be exceeded a little...

Anyway, see you around here, and thanks in advance for your help :-)

Best regards,
Timo

Heheheh. good point. I can just fit in there. The leg room is fine, but my head is touching the headliner. That will be taken out. Together with all the carpets

Piaggio owners are generally much nicer people and have that special 'Air of Authority' over the lesser mortals of High-Jet owners  lol! lol!
