Just thought, is there a cutoff switch?
Probably best to try the simple steps first
If not, Matt, did you have a pump?

Tbh I've not looked at it, too much on just now, it's not looking like it'll get anything done for the next few weeks either, I'm away this weekend and next is my local classic car show so I need the garage clear to fettle the Jag and the Merc in readyness.
Really awkward time for it to fuck up Sad

Well, the van lives(though nearly got the shit kicked out of it)
Dropped the tank, thought I might as well try 12v direct to the pump, guess what?
It fuckin pumps, every single fuckin time.
Having better access to the wiring I checked the feed again, works perfectly, shuts off after set time, works on cranking. No issue with the relay.

Anyone want to guess?

Oh bollocks! And you bought a fucking pump!!!

Its the golden checks time:-

Pull out coil pack/ht lead number one - put an old plug in the end - touch it to the head - do you have a spark when you crack it over?

Put a long screw driver onto an injector and put your ear on the screwdriver handle - can you hear the tick noise of the injector when you crank it over?

None of the above.
I checked the voltage at the plug above the tank( which was correct) I also powered the pump through the other side of the plug( which worked)
I decided that I'd just run a separate ignition fed wire to power the pump. I chopped the end of the wires and just thought I'd try reconnecting them without the plug( which showed voltage on one side, powered the pump at the other and looked perfect)
Hey fuckin presto.
Somehow when connected the plug wasn't conducting electricity.
Matt, I'll pm you. Cheers.
