Does the Carry have the leaf spring already mounted underneath the axle? Or do you want to go extremely low? Smile
I don't have any experience with lowering my Van. But I guess that if you find longer U-bolts (witch you can easily buy) and make sure that the whole package is fixated so it can't move, that is is possible to make.

But make sure that you find tougher leafs. Your suspension should become more stiff cause you wouldn't have a lot of clearance when you go that low. You don't want your wheels banging in your arches Wink

Probably I'm just telling the obvious over here, so maybe some members with more experience will read your topic soon.

yes the leafs are already under the axle.
no not extremely low but a nice bitt would be cool.
i will be chopping the front springs or if my lowereing springs from the wagon fit i will use those.

i thought about bags but thats way out of my budget

Should be fine, i've fitted loads to solid axle cars over the years, exactly what i'm going to use..

I've just took the back off my pick-up and the lowering blocks are't going to work, does the hi-jet van share the same axle set-up?
