good luck..

i was pre-MOTing my van last weekend, fog light works again, new wiper blades, all lights working, tyres look good, bodywork not bad in key areas. i need to remove the single seatbelt clip from the back. remove the spare wheel before MOT end of the month.

not much more i can do now...

He passed with flying colours!!!!

In fact better than flying colours!. The tester commented on how well certain parts had been fabricated etc and how much attention to detail there was. The garage that we took him to does alot of pre- and first MOT work for Trikes, Kitcars, homebuilds, Quads and newly SVA'd etc and seemed very impressed with Tuki's standards. He did say that it looked like a new build and not a vehicle that had been on the road for the past 3 years!. He should do really as nothing has been left untouched!.

Thankyou to everyone that has helped me along the way. Without this site and some peoples help I would still be staring at alot of cardboard boxes and a pile of metal!

He drove approx 50 miles today and was soooo nice to drive!. The changes we have made all seem to be working VERY well and make him such a pleasure to drive.

I am especially impressed by how well the rear wiper off the van works soooo well on the front of Tuki!. It was cold and wet and dirty out on the roads today, but I I wouldn't have cared if it was snow!. I would have drove around another 50 or so miles but need to get some road tax in the morning!.

Thanks again, and I will upload some pics tomorrow once I have had time to clean him!.

Still registered as a 660cc purely because we cannot find an engine number on the engine. Don't know what we can do about it?.
