the bloody steerings a bit noisy
its the link that's rusty on this pic
plastic bush in each end metal sleeve with serrations on each end. there's no play in it but I don't like the sound if it tempted to grind the serrations off it
would this be wise ?

Not really, no. It is designed to help with the self centering of the steering. The idea is to put the Dogbone as they are usually know as,  in place with the steering set parallel. You then tighten the bolts up and the serations hold the central tube, both ends of the Dogbone tight in the straight ahead position.
The Metalastic Bushes stretch as you turn the steering and help it to return to centre when you turn back to central position.  Well that's the theory of it anyway.  In practice - - - - -!!

Before up.oading I always select the size that's suggested for websites, that way all the picture can be seen in the thread

Dennis are you using a laptop or a Computer with remote keyboard.

I found Photo Bucket a complete load of rubbish to use and the main reason I couldn't upload pictures to the Forum much to the mirth of everyone on here.

Have you got a decent Tablet??
Since I tried using my Z4 tablet I have found it a complete doddle to use. Any muck ups I have made are mainly due to the rather large hands and fingers.
It has been the answer to a Maidens Prayer for me.

I just upload straight from my files on the iPad or laptop ...

I change the size first, then "select file" which opens little browser to search your files for picture you want, once selected click little blue button, then insert all to add the image

I did this on my iPad, so may look a bit different on my laptop, I'll have a look next time I use it
