charade g11 4x110
charade g100 4x100
charade g200 4x100

cuore l201 4x110
cuore l501 4x110
cuore l701 4x100
cuore l251 4x100

I've owned some Charades and Cuores, Realy ancient charades like the G10 G11 models probably were 4x110 as they were pre 1987 models, and quite a few early 1980's jap cars were running 4x110. Once they knocked out the G100 charade they are all 4x100 for sure, I have had a few G100 charades.

Cuores on the other hand kept using the 4x110 fitment right upto the L500 which was made till about 1998. I think it was to make sure people only fit correct wheels to them, as they had a very radical wheel offset due to being such a compact vehicle. If people fitted normalish wheels like any old pcd4x100 typical mid offset type wheels, they would stick out the arches like peugoet wheels on a hijet Wink So keeping the pcd 4x110 fitment keeps people locked down on changing wheels from a safety point of view.

the list i posted is 100% sure regarding fittment
i also have had a lott of other daihatsus and have been a member of the dutch daihatsu club for years and years i will bet my left nut that its correct.

doesnt the 4x110 fittment have something to do with old imperial metric sizes?

i think they used the 4x110 on the l501 because the l501 has got a lott of parts in common with the previous type the l201.
some cars are just small updates/facelifts from their previous models and so use parts from previous types.
The l701 was a complete new design and so got 4x100
the g100 was a complete new design and so got 4x100

Can't find the other thread about this subject, but back in December I bought a Cuore for £285 to get it's alloy wheels. Would you believe I sold it on eBay last week for £510 and the bloke drove from Birmingham to Maidstone to collect it???!

They're still too small for my liking though...

The 14" and "bad rim condition" would put me off.

They'd spray up ok I reckon. Would brakes still work though? Would they turn without rubbing anywhere and would they pass an MOT? I'm definitely obsessed about my wheels!
