Bet they wont grip the splined shaft very well with just grub screws?!

You want to bet the spline is round with lots of spikes so the grub screw will bite between two quite nicely.

Yeah for a week, then the tooth you were on will give up and then onto the next one, etc, etc

Maybe if you took a grinder to the splined shaft on the hijet and make a couple of flat bits it might work for more than a week?

The ones in the sliding doors are fairly hard as I took a file to one to see how hard it was as I was thinking of drilling and tapping to take some ford ones.

go on logi, be the test pilot and treat yerself, then you can give us the "pimping green light" ,,,,, Very Happy oh who else enjoyed the back end slide with the lovely frosty roads , cant beat the rear wheel drive for a bit of winter fun eh?...... affraid
