What do you live in?

Post by Logi on Sat May 26, 2012 7:57 pm

Just noticed potentially another similarity with Hijet owners, looking in the Googlyjet thread i noticed HJ and LP both live in bungalows, as do i.
Any more single storey dwellers, we've already proven the link between bikes and 'Jets, is there a house one?

I would like to live in a bungalow. At the moment (and for nearly 7 months Rolling Eyes ) I've been living on just the ground floor of my terrace house while I'm renovating upstairs. The house where I grew up in Australia would have been called a bungalow here. Did I pass the test? Laughing

Ahh well that picture is my old bunga,

Although now I live in another bungalow! Albeit smaller but in a nicer location, and I grew up in a bungalow which my parents still live in.

Bungalows rock! If I want to move a socket or a radiator or a network point or a tv aerial - I just pop into the loft and drop a cable down somewhere else. Plus you never have to drag the hoover or washing up and down stairs.

And they tend to have wicked plots, my new one is a corner plot so I have a large yard space on the side for storing cars etc.

I have lived in bungalows for the past 10 years. First one was in Essex and said would never go back to a house. Next one in Spain then Hungary. Now back in Kent.

I don't run with the link of bungalows....

I live in a mid terraced house at the moment.. before this place it was either terraced houses or semi detached...

(needed the stairs to sit the kids on when they were naughty)

I know this is an old thread but. I live in one of those bungalows under another bungalow, when the jet isn't working that is and I can't drive it to a field and live there! Laughing

Bungalows?
Here we have it only as camping house...

I live in a 155square meter house on three floor, with a little garden with good soil where I grow some vegetables, and a two floor cellar that I must rearrange in next months...

Maybe it is a question of weather, I think can be hard living in a bungalow here, in winter we have temperatures lower than -15°C and in summer we can go up to 40°...
